How to get started

2012

Started supplying Automation solution and rendering services in Flexible packaging and printing industry. Successfully done an automation project for Pneumatic Conveyers, Bowl mixers, Continuous mixers, Re-Claim Process, Shuttle System, Roll-over system for foundry industry. Provided the solution for side seal and bottom Seal envelope making machine.

2013

Started supplying automation solution in steel industries for following machines Cut to Length Machine (CTL- Reel to Sheet conventional type) Slitter – Re-winder Coil Wrapping machine Bobbin Winder Core Cutting Machine

2014

Provided the special purpose automation on coating line for BOPP and LD. Done the successful automation for Special purpose coating line for technical-textiles. Cut to Length Machine (CTL – Reel to Sheet with flying shear)

2015

Provided the control panel with automation solution on High-Speed VMCH Coating with Turret (auto splicer) Provided the automation solution on Thermo-forming machine (Extru-Mech) Started giving comprehensive solution of Roto-Gravure printing press, Solvent-less/base lamination machine, slitter-rewinder machine, special purpose coating lines and other tailor made machines.

2016

Successfully done the project of automation on Solvent-less lamination machine (Nord-Meccanica, Expert & Pelican) Provided a comprehensive solution with Unwind-Rewind Turret (Auto splicer) on Rotogravure Printing Press.

2017

Provided the automation solution for Sheet Extrusion Line with Double Extruder and flying shear for converting reel in to the sheets.

2018

Automation solution for Inline extrusion-coating for tarpaulin manufacturing line. Successfully done a special purpose project Canteen-Pack machine for Chocolate & Wafer-Biscuits.

2019

Achieved the milestone of 750 Nos. of Control panels installed in Pan India and Globally.

2020

Successfully provided the automation solution with 11 Nos. of Servo motors/Drive (Lenze GmbH) on Web-Fed offset machine (Drent Vision-Netherlands)
